sia EAGLE Surveillance is the surveillance platform dedicated to investment firms in regulated markets and MTFs, permitting a global vision of the activities performed by the participants.
The main aim of the Compliance activity for the Trading Venues is to maintain the integrity of the markets, investor care, the proper functioning of the various trading venues and their transparency.

sia EAGLE Surveillance (116 KB)- Real time dynamically configurable Rule Engine: the rules can be entirely configured with the aim of monitoring market activity trends. They permit real time detection of specific events according to the configuration set by the user, for example for the identification of anomalous variation in prices or volumes
- Ex-post Diagnostic Engine: diagnostics based on a series of predefined sequential checks that are scheduled to identify cases of market rigging and insider trading, according to parameters with assigned threshold values
- Case creation around alerts: each notification may be managed by the user via a workflow that records all the status changes allowing for the suspicious case to be recreated at any time
- Book rebuilding: permits the chronological reconstruction of market scenarios by each financial instrument and time period, taking into account the different events, such as executed orders, news, etc.
