At the heart of TSP's current service solution is the Gateway, which concentrates the inquiry and payment services, optimizing the activities of reporting and reconciliation.
The Gateway permits the sorting of service requests, by managing processes connected to the interaction between acceptance channels, the companies supplying the service and the payment instruments used.

TSP's focus on gateway services has enabled the development of new solutions and the differentiation and extension of distribution networks:
  • Services: prepaid telephone reloads; bills and various payments; telephone/self reloads; prepaid loyalty card reloads; road tax payment; tax payments; sale of Service Cards; e-ticketing; e-voucher
  • Channels: ATM (banks and Post Offices); POS; web banking; Lottomatica network; Sisal network; contact centers; telephone landlines; retailing.
For the future, the parallel development of acceptance networks and service suppliers will be the enabling factor for growth of volumes.
