@POS and @POS_payRID

This service is made up of a virtual POS application permitting the forwarding of payment requests to the authorization circuits and is equipped with a back-office system.

The @POS solution enables acceptance of all the most important payment cards in Italy and abroad (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB).

The flexibility of the solution allows the merchant to use, either concurrently or alternatively, various different methods to access the platform:

Internet Portals: for payments carried out directly on the merchants' sites
Mobile Payments: to manage transactions carried out using mobile phones

The result of a ten years' work in the innovative payment systems sector, @POS was designed to offer different multi-channel payment solutions capable of satisfying all the requirements of companies and of their end-users. Thanks to the @POS_payRID component, it allows management of payments by debiting the purchaser's current account.

The service can accept the following payments:

MO/TO (Mail Order/Telephone Order), through API XML and server to server connection
in redirect mode, using the SSL standard
in redirect mode, according to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode protocols
in server to server mode according to the Verified by Visa and SecureCode protocols
with manual entry by the merchant directly from the @POS (MO/TO) back-office

In the case of MO/TO transactions, merchants must integrate in their systems the collection of data relating to the credit cards, which are then forwarded to the @POS service to obtain authorization.

Alternatively, the service can accept redirect payments by redirecting the purchaser to @POS. In this case, the data relating to the payment instrument do not go through the merchant's portal but are entered directly in SIA's secure server.

The merchants having a prior mail order system (for example Call Center), to obtain the complete order and the payment details, may use the back-office graphic interface directly to forward the payment request and obtain authorization.
