B-Gate, the new direct Bank-Corporate connectivity system, allows full automation of the communication flows between financial institutions and corporates, both at domestic and international level.
To assist companies on the path towards integration between their applications and those of their counterparts, SIA has created B-Gate, an infrastructure able to support applicative cooperation and carry data and information between companies operating in the supply financial value chain.

Thanks to the integration between the messaging and connectivity services supplied by SIA, B-Gate is a solution for applicative cooperation between enabled Users featuring the necessary protection levels.
By exploiting the capacity to divide the physical connection lines from the logical channeling of messaging services, B-Gate operates through virtual addresses that are exclusive to a specific Domain. The request for a data transport service can only take place if the virtual channel linking the Sender and the Receiver has been correctly configured and authorized.
More specifically, with B-Gate Italian and foreign enterprises are able to exchange electronic invoices, payments instructions, direct debit and reporting order with lending institutions across Europe, without having to deal with the management of the various network protocols, in a totally secure, automated way ("Straight Through Processing").
In Italy alone there are around 22,000 companies and small-medium size firms with ERPs to integrate all the business processes and cycles, that can benefit from B-Gate's features.
