Infobanking

 
This service is a Customer Relationship Management platform designed to satisfy the banks' requirements in the e-money sector. It features a modular structure able to supply information regarding on-line operations via text message, e-mail and Web applications.

The functions offered by Infobanking are:

  • Monitoring: to track the service level trends of SelfService, OLI, FARO and other services according to the rules set by the customer: in case of anomalies, the system sends an "alert"(via e-mail or text message) to the person in charge at the Bank or Service Center

  • Inquiry: providing the bank with a useful instrument for inquiries regarding the operation of its payment instruments
  • Alerting: this service, supplied via text messages and/or e-mails, allows holders of credit and/or debit cards to have constant updates regarding the funds spent and the residual availability. Due to its features, the service can also be considered an anti-fraud tool. In additions, a web application allows the operator at the banks to monitor the service and view the details of the alert messages sent to the cardholders
  • Statistics: to supply information on the long term trends of the Alerting, OLI, FARO, SelfService, and other services.
