SIA welcomes these technologies and solutions to focus on the following areas:

  • Interoperability: benefiting the connection and exchange of information among equipment and devices to achieve policy automation and to simplify interoperability among different actors, for example, to implement reordering logics and payment of materials to third parties.

  • Machine-as-a-Service: solutions that enable new business models for machinery manufacturers, based on leveraging the processing service and not the equipment itself.

  • Optimization: greater efficiency of back-end banking processes using RPA, AI, image recognition, OCR and machine learning in order to automate and to build a frictionless customer experience.

  • IOT: the use of IoT tools for the integration and automation of processes.
