Multi-channel Telephone Top-Ups for MNOs and leading Italian MVNOs
The SIA gateway manages the telephone top-up service in various ways:
- direct top-up by inputting the telephone number
- with an on-line, real-time link to the telecom provider's IT system in order to check the subscription to top-up and receive the top-up amount (POS, ATM, home banking, commercial portals)
- telericarica, which links the telephone number with a credit or debit card already registered with a dealer or via an ATM
- automatic on reaching a threshold available amount, following activation in the same manner as Telericarica
- PIN Dispatching, which is typically used by the chain retailing channel. A PIN – Personal Identification Number is issued that enable the customer to top-up using the telecom operator's IVR system
