Supervisor POS Personalization

SIA Central Europe is looking for Supervisor in Budapest to lead a local POS Personalization an POS Management Team to provide excellent POS terminal support to our clients and merchants.


  • Define the objectives to be achieved and the deadlines within its own structure
  • Take care of the coordination and motivation of team members, encouraging their professional growth, manage the performance and on
  • going development of direct reports through timely coaching and counselling, positive reinforcement, and honest direct feedback
  • Manage external POS field service and logistic partners
  • Act as regional SME for systems supporting POS Operations, provide research and consultative service support to internal and external clients, work closely with both IT and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported
  • Represent the first interface for the regional Management and works closely with the Regional manager in order to achieve better and more quality performance across the Competence Center
  • Provide support to the audit process, ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines are appropriately applied to individual situation


  • Approximately 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Ability to lead and convince
  • Excellent communication skills
  • ability to report to manager or director level
  • Exceptional ability to relate to customers and suppliers
  • Solid experience witch activities such as supply chain, repair management and operations
  • Ability to work and use MS Office tools, including MS Excel
  • English language must be on an advanced level
  • Hungarian language is an advantage
