Customer Care agent ( Italian speaking)

SIA Group is a European leader in the design, creation and management of technology infrastructures and services for Financial Institutions, Central Banks, Corporates and the Public Sector, in the areas of payments, cards, network services and capital markets, providing services to over 50 countries. SIA currently processes 7.2 billion issuing and acquiring card transactions and handles over 84 million payment cards in 23 European countries. For our Operations in Greece we are currently are looking for a Customer Care agent ( Italian speaking) in order to strengthen our Fraud Monitoring Department.

Activities

    Management and prioritisation of customer service inquires through phone and email
    Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    Consistent and efficient use of communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    Flexibility in working hours and ability to work in shifts 24/7

Requirements

    High School or equivalent diploma (Higher education diploma is optional and desirable).
    Very good knowledge of English language
    Very good knowledge of Italian language
    Familiar with technology, internet and applications
    Confident telephone manner coupled with proven customer service skills preferable in banking field
